Chatbots/RAG

Ask your own documents. Get the answer and the source.

Built for project management: per project, every mail and every document from your PC or OneDrive comes together, and you ask questions across all of it. Answers come only from those files. The same engine can also power a chatbot for your website or helpdesk.

01 · Project knowledge (RAG)

Every project in one knowledge base. One chat that knows it all.

  • Every mail of the project, collected automatically.
  • Every document, straight from your Documents folder or OneDrive. Nothing to upload or re-file.
  • Ask “what did we agree?” The answer comes only from those mails and documents, with the source.

What did we agree on the QR labels?

One system

A client changes the plan at 17:40. Tomorrow at 8:00 you are ready.

Agents, project knowledge, chatbot and dashboard work as one, so nothing gets lost between the mail and the work floor.

Mail from the client
“Can delivery move to Friday? We moved two doors, new plan attached.”plan_v4.pdf
Late afternoon, the client changes the plan.A new delivery date and an updated drawing: the kind of mail that gets lost by tomorrow.

How it knows your business

  1. 1 · ConnectYour sourcesYour project mails (Outlook or Gmail) and the folders where your documents already live: Documents on your PC, OneDrive or SharePoint.
  2. 2 · IndexMade searchableDocuments are split into passages and indexed by meaning. Access rights travel along.
  3. 3 · AnswerWith the sourceThe best passages are found first, then the answer is written from them, with links back.

This is called RAG (retrieval-augmented generation).

02 · Website & helpdesk chatbot

A helpdesk that never sleeps and never makes things up

  • Only your knowledge: answers come from your procedures, FAQ and documents.
  • Cites the source: every answer links to the page it came from.
  • Access per user: staff only see what they are allowed to see.
  • Remembers the conversation and hands over to a person when needed.
  • Usage limits and full log: costs stay predictable, answers keep improving.

The centrifuge in lab B shows error E14. What do I do?
E14 means the lid lock is not closing. According to the procedure:
  1. Stop the run and wait until the rotor stands still.
  2. Clean the lid seal and close it firmly.
  3. Still E14? Log a ticket. I can do that for you.
